PERIOPERATIVE THERAPY IN RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY ON THE COXOFEMORAL JOINT

The outcomes of rheopolyglucin, polyglucin and neorondex administration in endoprosthetics of the coxofemoral joints were analysed in 49 patients. The infusion included crystalloids and colloids in 3:1 ratio.

The homeostasis values show that neorondex, besides its volemic effect, more adequately normalizes blood rheologic properties. Facilitating the activation of recovery processes, neorondex improves the compensation of post-hemorrhagic hypoxia and produces a more pronounced hemodynamic effect in comparison with conventional dextrans - polyglucin and rheopolyglucin.
