MEDICOSOCIAL EVALUATION AND REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS AT RISK OF INVALIDITY, PRESENTING WITH PRIMARY DISABLING PATHOLOGY

For the first time with the purpose to prevent disability, a technology was developed for expert monitoring of the working ability and rehabilitation of patients at risk of disability and pre-invalids, employing quantitative evaluation of disorders, life activity limitations and social insufficiency, on the basis of International classification and nomenclature. Guidelines were drawn up for execution of effective rehabilitation and medicosocial evaluation of pre-invalids with hypertension and IHD, discirculatory encephalopathy, hypothyrosis and autoimmune thyroiditis.
